Eating


I am by far not a nutritionist or qualified to give diet advice (exercise yes, diets no). BUT I do read a lot on the subject and have found an interesting article BY a certified dietitian that makes sense. Basically explaining how starving yourself is really the worst way to try and lose weight, or going for long periods of time without eating is not a sufficient way to fuel your body!
