Hey all!
Every time I hear someone say: Oh don't eat carbs or I wont eat carbs after a certain time in the day, or are surprised that fruits and vegetables are carbs, it drives me nuts! People are very easily mis-informed or heard from a friend their aunt or cousin lost 30 pounds cutting out carbs, etc. etc. I bet you within 2- years that person will have gained back all that weight!
